Registration Fee

  • Registration cost is $450 per team
  • All checks must be made payable to “Special Olympics”
  • Invoices will be sent upon Team registration to complete payment

Due Dates

  • Registration Form
  • Shirt Order Form and Shirt Logo
  • Forms must be submitted prior to the start of Sand Volleyball
  • Battle Roster
  • Signed Battle Waiver

Please fill out the form below and upload your logo (if needed) and you and the Battle Board will receive a copy of your submission and will follow up accordingly.
