Participation Requirements All participants must be on the company’s payroll. Please note: Teams may use contract employees who work at least 32 hours a week for the participating company. The minimum team size is 8 and must include at least 4 men and 4 women due to the co-ed nature of all events. The maximum team size is 30. Companies with less than 75 Dayton-based employees may include spouses of employees as team members. All participants must be at least 19 years old. The entry fee for participating companies is $375.00.
